The hotel offered excellent hot water and free Wi-Fi services which made my stay much more comfortable. the hotel is conveniently located near key tourist spots and the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
During my stay, the room had a moldy smell and was infested with rodents which was quite unpleasant. I found the lack of clock room facilities quite inconvenient when visiting Vaishno Devi Pujan at Bhawan.

The hotel had good quality blankets and a geyser with great capacity, so hot water was always available. the TV in the room was properly charged, which was a nice touch. The ability to pay with a cashless payment method was also convenient. the location of the hotel was ideal as it was near many popular tourist attractions.
There were several negative aspects to our stay. The restaurant was underwhelming and we wouldn't recommend it.
